Positrol designs workholding fixtures for milling operations and special applications designed to meet your specific requirements. We utilize both standard and special components to locate and clamp parts.
Standard components such as Positrol’s Cartridge Arbors or Cartridge Chucks devices may be mounted directly to your spindle or existing fixture plate and actated pneumatically, hydraulicly, mechanically or manually. These Standard arbors and chucks are ported to eliminate external tubing and are double-acting for faster load/unload cycles. An integral actuator eliminates the need for costly cylinder adaptation. All wear parts are hardened and ground for longer life and lower operating cost.
More challenge applications may require a special fixture to be designed to allow for all operations to be performed in a minimal amount of setups.
